Meet Samantha

Since 2022, Samantha has maintained her own law firm focused primarily on outside general counsel work for small businesses, real estate transactions & litigation, and estate planning & litigation for individuals. Samantha began her legal career in 2005 in Dallas, Texas and has been a licensed attorney in Tennessee since 2011.

Beginning in 2025, Samantha provides mediation services through Four Bridges Mediation. Samantha is a volunteer mediator participating in the Chattanooga Bar’s Courthouse Indigent Mediation Services (CIMS) program. Samantha is a Rule 31 Listed Civil Mediator.

Samantha has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pepperdine University and earned her Juris Doctorate from Duke University School of Law. Samantha is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Georgia.
